In 2010, ENFO, the largest European network of independent family offices, invited several members to join an investment structure called FPPI A.G (Family Platform for Private Investment A.G), in order to build a durable and diversified portfolio of direct holdings in medium-size European businesses. They chose GIRSZYN & ASSOCIES to represent them in France.
Platina is a foundation that was set up  on the basis of a family office to invest capital in unlisted companies. In 2011, in the framework of an exclusive management agreement in the special situations segment, Platina chose GIRSZYN & ASSOCIES to lead and manage investments in troubled businesses whose turnaround potential is hampered by tight cash or lack of shareholder resolve.
Founded in 1997, Farinia is an industrial holding company created and directed by Frédéric Guinot. It is specialised in the acquisition of majority and minority holdings in businesses in the foundry, forge and materials transformation sector. In 2009, Farinia chose GIRSZYN & ASSOCIES to analyse and execute its investment operations in France and emerging countries.
